Flexible course formats enable individuals, teams and companies to cost effectively meet their business goals and objectives with essential training. Available formats are listed in the course titles below and will be one or more of the following:
Instructor-led Classroom: Live, face-to-face “traditional” training. Students and instructor gather at the same time in the same place.
Instructor-led eLearning: Live, synchronous training event. Students and instructor meet at the same time in different locations using an Internet connection and a telephone.
Self-paced eLearning: Learning is entirely on learner’s terms. Content is available 24/7 via an Internet connection and a Web browser.
Blended Classroom: Combines Self-paced eLearning and Instructor-led Classroom formats within a single course.
In our instructor-led training, you and your team members actively participate in group discussions, simulations, and skill-building exercises. Working in a team format, you’ll practice new skills and extend your current competencies with direct feedback from the instructor.
All EBG Consulting courses include useful materials to help you get the most from your training. You get detailed notes for the slides, freeing you to focus on learning. You also get a toolkit of practical assets—templates, guidelines, checklists, examples, and sample solutions to the exercises. These materials reinforce your new skills and give you fill-in-the-blank documents you can use in your own projects. Each course can be customized to align with the standard terminology and methods used in your organization or industry.

eLearning gives you significant time and cost benefits. EBG Consulting has undertaken several projects to build high-quality eLearning experiences. Each eLearning course we design is tailored to fit its delivery environment and to maximize your learning.
What are the benefits of eLearning?
Heightens the learning experience:
You save on travel costs and time.
Your team members can get critical training no matter where they are located.
You learn in small, highly focused “chunks,” and that helps you better retain your new knowledge.
Is convenient and cost effective:
You spend less time away from your work and more time focused on your individual knowledge and skill gaps, learning at your own pace.
Instructor-led eLearning lets you interact with the instructor even though you are not physically co-located. You use collaboration tools such as chat and whiteboarding.
You get real-time feedback from the instructor, allowing you to practice skills at your own pace.
The short learning sessions in our instructor-led eLearning fit into your daily work schedule.
What is blended eLearning?
EBG Consulting’s blended eLearning offers you learning delivery combinations to meet your needs. For example, our Roadmap to Success: Comprehensive course is a blended eLearning solution that combines self-paced with instructor-led eLearning.
You can also combine two or more courses to customize a blended solution. Here are two examples of using EBG Consulting’s blended eLearning:
