EBG and the IIBA
Perhaps you want to become a professional business analyst or even pursue the Certified Professional Business Analyst (CBAP™) designation. In any case, you may wish to seek training from providers affiliated with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
EBG Consulting has earned the designation from the IIBA of "Charter Member", IIBA Endorsed Education Provider (EEP) program. The EEP program’s goal is to help IIBA members identify education providers that offer courses on business analysis that are aligned with the IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®).
At a course level, EBG Consulting's learning solutions have been evaluated by the IIBA and earned the IIBA course endorsement. You can read more about the process here.

The Glossary for the 2.0 version of the BABOK® was contributed by Ellen Gottesdiener, principal consultant of EBG Consulting, and is part of her book The Software Requirements Memory Jogger: A Pocket Guide to Help Software and Business Teams Develop and Manage Requirements.

Courses and providers vary on the extent and depth that their content and exercises teach you the knowledge and techniques contained in the IIBA BABOK® knowledge areas and techniques. Nor is there any training that teaches you how to take the CBAP™ exam.
