Agile Jump-Start

EBG Consulting offers a package of services designed to jump-start agile teams. We help you build a requirements-based product backlog, launch an iteration (or "sprint" if you are using the scrum approach), coach the team during the iteration, and then conduct your demo/review and iteration retrospective.
